  • Our Boston Butt Fundraiser wraps up WEDNESDAY! All forms and money are due in the band office by 3 p.m. Wednesday! All students were asked to sell at least 2 butts or get $30 in donations. Remember pickup will be between 7 and 8 a.m. on the day of the contest!

  • Friday night we play football @ Fulton Co. (KY) @ 7:30. We will meet @ 5 p.m. for immediate departure for Fulton Co. We should arrive in time for students to eat before the game like we did in Halls. All ride home forms are due no later than THIS THURSDAY @ 5 p.m.!!

  • Students (by class) are asked to bring certain Pepsi products to help offset costs of our own contest NEXT SATURDAY! Each student is asked to bring two 12 packs of canned Pepsi products by NEXT MONDAY. Please place these under the band room table with your student's name on them by next Mondayso we know how many we need to purchase in addition to what you guys donate.

  • The next band fee payment of $30 is due by Wednesday, October 1!

  • Color Guard warm-ups have been ordered! All guard members will have to pay for these BEFORE they receive them. Jackets are $47.20 and pants are $28 (each per girl). This amount goes toward new guard members guard fees. Old girls will need to pay this amount if they ordered either (in addition to the guard fee).

  • OUR CONTEST IS NEXT SATURDAY! We do not have a football game the Friday before so hopefully everyone can get a good night's rest and be able to come out and help Saturday, October 4th! We are expecting over 1900 students on campus that day and an additional 3000-4000 spectators! What an exciting day to showcase our great organization! Students will have to be there that day @ 7 a.m. They need to eat breakfast BEFORE they arrive! The boosters will feed them pizza after they perform at the end of the preliminary competition. Students will work until everyone is gone and the campus is returned back to the way we found. This is typically around midnight. Students will be REQUIRED to wear polos, shorts, and tennis shoes until the time of our performance and they will change into performance uniform attire. We still need your help! Contact Kim Todd today to see how you can help!

  • Seniors-Don't forget state scholarships MUST BE POSTMARKED no later than October 1!!! Students need to ask for recommendation letters at least a week in advance!
