Monday - 3:15 - 4:30 Jazz Band, 5:00-8:00 Percussion Ensemble

Tuesday - All-West Lessons, No Low Brass Ensemble

Wednesday - 3:15-4:30 Sax Ensemble

Thursday - All-West Lessons

Friday - Test over concert Bb Natural Minor Scale (need laptops). Basketball Game 5pm

• Welcome back to another semester of band!!

• We will be starting to work concert music pretty hard and gearing up for concert festival. Please make sure that you/your student is practicing this music at home. We are playing some difficult music that was chosen with the intent to make us better musicians as a whole and for the fall. 

• All-West lessons will wrap up this week on Tuesday and Thursday. I must hear each person at least 1 on Tuesday or Thursday for you to be able to audition.

• All-West auditions will take place this Saturday at Arlington High School. Each person has been given their audition time. They can always go before their time but NEVER after. 

• UTM honor band will be taking place Jan 25-27. The band will cover their registration fee, but they will need to pay for their room. Room $$$ is due Jan. 19th.

• We have three basketball games to play at this season. The first one is this Friday the 12th. Call time is 5pm. These are mandatory!!!

• We will be doing Dessert evening this spring the week of Valentines day. ALL STUDENTS are required to perform outside of the concert band and small ensembles that they are registered for. This was a wonderful fundraiser for us last year and we hope for it to be just as big this year.

Jan 25-27 - UTM Honor Band

Feb 1-3 - UofM Honor Band
