THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU to EVERYONE (it takes an army) who has helped to make this marching season a success! We couldn't do what we do without each and everyone one of you and all you do for these kids and this organization.
Tuesday-After State Party @ 1:30. 8th graders are welcome to attend if parents want to work out transportation to/from the high school.
Fruit/Nut sales begin TOMORROW! Each student is asked to sell at least $60 in products or get $30 in donations. 25% of the profit for those going on the trip will go to his/her Disney account! All orders and money will be due no later than Monday, November 18th! This is one of our biggest fundraisers for the year. Get out there and sell fruit/nuts!
Wednesday-Unload the truck and clean the band room
Thursday-Composite Pictures @ 1:30-8th graders are welcome to attend to be included in the composite. BRAIDED BREAD ORDERS WILL BE SORTED AND READY TO TAKE HOME @ 3 P.M. BE SURE EVERYONE GETS HIS/HER BREAD BEFORE SCHOOL IS OUT.
Friday-On the practice field to pick up jar lids.
All band fees should be paid in full at this point unless payment arrangements have been made. Be sure to get these fees taken care of before they are turned over to the office in December!
Upcoming Dates:
Monday - November 11th - Christmas Concert Music BEGINS! All concert horns MUST be at school and in good playing condition then. Don't wait until the last minute!
Monday - November 11th - Band Booster Meeting - 7:00 pm - Band Room
Friday, November 15th - 4th Disney Trip Payment is due to Thomas Tours
Saturday, December 7th - Dyer Christmas Parade - 5:00 pm - Line up at 4:00. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY!
Sunday, December 15th - County Wide Christmas Concert! 2:00 pm - Students will have to be there at 1:15. Attendance is MANDATORY!
