Announcements:
We will be working on the show this week in class so bring your marching equipment.
The Calendar fundraiser has been extended to the first June rehearsal. Remember this fundraiser goes directly towards YOUR band fee.
We need parents and students to sign up for the fireworks stand. As of this moment Mrs. Brooke Clanton has the sign-up sheet. Contact her at clantonb@gcssd.org
I need all health and information forms back this week.
If you have ANY debt you must have it paid in full or meet with Mr. Agee and Mrs. Brooke to have a written contract and payment plan. You will not be allowed to attend a June rehearsal until the debt is paid or you have a contract. This is for everyone. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! You will be contacted by a director or booster treasurer if this applies to you.
Remember if you are graduating you must have your debt paid to get your diploma.
Make sure you keep up to date with our calendar. June rehearsals are approaching and to have a spot in the field show you must attend 2 out of the 3 rehearsals. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
