Announcements:

This week we start ensembles. Remember that you only have two absences from these ensembles. The only excused absence from these will be quarantine. Once you miss your two then your instructor can choose for you to be removed from the ensemble or to let you continue. If you decide to quit, then you will be responsible for the cost of your music.
All-West auditions are this weekend, Jan. 15th, at Arlington High School. I need all those auditioning for All-West to come see me at the beginning of class tomorrow to get your audition times.
I will need to see all of those who are wanting to be suggested for University of Memphis Honor band also. Please see me right after All-West people.
We will begin working on concert music this week. Please come prepared as we will have playing tests over the music once we have learned.
This Friday we will pick out solo and ensemble music. When picking this music, it must be approved by myself or Mr. Leslie. This must be real music, do not find the 3^rd part to Star Wars and bring that in.
This Friday we have our make-up ball game against Crockett County. We need ADULT and STUDENT volunteers. This is a fundraiser for us, and more hands make light work.

Make sure that you have brought back your uniform and that you have double checked to make sure that you have all of the parts to your uniform. Please make sure it is properly on the hanger.
