Announcements:

· ​Good evening! Great job yesterday! Let’s push to the end of this week!

Schedule this week

· Monday - Low Brass (canceled) (Mr. Agee), Guard 3:30-5:00, Percussion 5:00-8:00

· Tuesday - full band rehearsal 6:00-9:00. All other

· Thursday - Full band rehearsal 3:15-5:00

· Friday - Leave for state between 4:00pm-4:30pm

· Saturday - Division 1 state band competition

· Sunday - return home

· Butterbraid orders are Due this Monday the 25th!!!!

· State:

o State room $$$ was due on the 15th. Please get that turned in as soon as possible.

o We only have 1 sectional and 2 practices left before state and all of these are MANDATORY!!!!! If you miss for an unexcused absence (see hand book) then you will not March this weekend. We need everyone here and to give 100% all week.

o We will remind students this week but need parents to remind them of these things as well:

§ Students are expected to be on their very best behavior during this school trip.

§ Students will still be under school rules and subject to school discipline if there are any issues while on the trip.

§ Students are expected to behave appropriately in the hotel. We are fortunate to stay at a hotel this nice with such a big group of folks.

· Appropriate behavior includes:

o No running in the halls.

o No jumping on beds or other furniture.

o No abuse of the room phone. You will ONLY use it to call other rooms as needed and not to “prank” call anyone.

o When in the rooms, you cannot be excessively loud due to other guests in the hotel.

o No riding up and down the elevator and running up and down the stairs.

o

· All-West music is posted. Follow the link at the bottom or come see me before class starts.

· Remember IF YOU OWE A DEBT, these need to be paid!
