Rehearsal Schedule for the week:
Monday - NO SCHOOL! NO REHEARSALS!
Tuesday - NO SCHOOL! Staff Professional Development Day! Full Band Rehearsal (3-5) - NO SECTIONALS!
Thursday - Full Band (3-5)
Friday - FB @ South Fulton - Students must be in seats for immediate departure at 5:00.
Saturday - Contest @ South Gibson - We will meet at 2 for rehearsal.

Thanks to everyone who came to the FB game on Friday, the parade on Saturday, or made the short drive up to Union City for the contest! The kids are really performing well right now! We really appreciate all that travel to help cheer on the band!
Hopefully everyone is enjoying a few days off from band during this Fall Break!
Even though there isn't school for students tomorrow we will still have full band rehearsal from 3-5! Attendance is MANDATORY! This date has been on the band calendar online since July!
This Friday night we play FB @ South Fulton. The game starts at 7:30. We will meet in the band room at 5:00 pm for immediate departure. Students will have a few minutes to eat and change once we get there. All ride home forms are due no later thanThursday at 5:00 pm!
This Saturday is the South Gibson County Contest! There are 18 bands in competition. The show begins early afternoon. We will meet at 2 for rehearsal. We are the last band to perform at 7:30. See attached itinerary for exact details. I hope many of you will make the short drive to the south end of the county to help cheer on the band this Saturday. Ride home forms are due no later than 3:00 pm on Friday!
Each student should have brought home a Yankee Candle Fundraising form this past week! Each student is asked to sell at least 6 items or get $30 in donations. Orders & $ are due no later than NEXT MONDAY (October 20th) in order to receive orders by Thanksgiving! There are a lot of great items in this order packet. Please do your part in order to make this fundraiser a successful one!
At state we will spend two nights (Friday & Saturday) at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro. We put 6 students in a room (2 queen beds and a roll out couch) to help reduce the room costs. These room amounts will be due 2 weeks from today (October 27th). Each room will include breakfast and we will have a devotional service for anyone interested on that Sunday morning before we leave. AMOUNTS WILL BE SENT TOMORROW due to them being on Ms. Sharon's school computer. Chaperone amounts will also be sent tomorrow. Remember, when you get the amount, it is for two nights.

Saturday, October 25th - Bandmasters @ Liberty Bowl in Memphis - We perform at 6:30. We will meet late morning for rehearsal.
