Organic Shapes and Lines

1. ORGANIC shapes and line are sometimes

called FREE-FORM or BIO-MORPHIC.

2. Organic shapes and lines have IRREGUlAR

contours and edges. They look FREE-FLOWING.


Geometric Shapes & Lines

1. GEOMETRIC shapes and lines have

specific formulas. For example, a square has

4 equal sides and 4 right angles.

more COLD and sometimes MECHANICAL feeling


5. Create 2 Sketches

1. Use a pencil to sketch out two different
