4.  Create Google Doc (Day 2)

1. Create a Google Doc

2. Name it "Magazine Cover Text" followed by your last name and then your first.

Example;

3. Type  your full name and period at the top

4. Copy and paste planning prompts onto your document.

5.  Plan Your Magazine (Day 2)

1. Choose a subject matter that interests YOU and respond to the planning prompts (see section step 4 in section 3 above)  

2. Refer to Magazine Sample Covers for ideas if needed

3. Search for article ideas on the Internet

Add the word "article" to your Google topic search to help you find Teaser and Teaser Subhead sampl.  

4. Do not write your own text, copy and paste from the Internet.  See Ms. Hooker if you need help.

5. Ask your peer to review your work

6. Print and show to Ms. Hooker for feedback



6. Print, Review, Revise, and Print

1. Print & Review your cover teasers etc.  with Ms. Hooker

2. Revise your Word Document & Save

3. Print again for a second review with Ms. Hooker
