20 points --- VALUE SCALE BOXES: The two value scales were drawn neatly as directed; the boxes are approximately 1 in  x 1 in and the blended values scale doesn't have any dividing lines

25 points --- 6 DIFFERENT VALUES: The values are noticeably different from each other on both Value Scales

25 points--- DARKEST & LIGHTEST VALUES: The darkest value was created by pressing very firmly; it couldn't made darker.  The lightest value is white without shading (on both value scales)! The value scales start with white and progress gradually from the lightest to the darkest value in order from left to right or right to left.

20 points --- BLENDING & CONSISTENCY: The shading looks neat and carefully done; the values are consistent (not blotchy) in the boxes and the blending looks gradual

5 points --- REFLECTION and SELF-GRADING: Private comment with reflection and self-grading is included

5 points --- TIMELY COMPLETION: The assignment is completed no later than a week past the due date.
