Purity of God's word

Purity of God's word warranting no further addition

Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him (Proverbs 30:5).Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar (Proverbs 30:6).

As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. (2 Samuel 22:31).

Every word of God is pure. God's word cannot be adulterated though it can be misinterpreted. Everything God says is pure and it will be fulfilled. He is a shield to those who come to him for protection.

Nobody should add anything to His words. If something is added to it, it becomes impure. God reproves him or her who has added unto His words. He or she would be proved a liar.
