Unrighteous judgment

It is not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment (Proverbs 18:5).

Our judgement has to be based on evidence. We should not favour the person of the wicked in order to deny justice to the one who is righteous. The righteous are those who are innocent. People who have not committed any crime should not be punished.

Nowadays, judgment is delivered by judges based on the personality of the person involved even if it overthrows the righteous.
