Righteous men versus wicked men

When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden (Proverbs 28:12).

Righteous men do rejoice over good things and there is great glory of these righteous men manifested to defeat the powers of darkness. But when the wicked rule or rise, the people have to hide themselves from their wickedness.
