Glory of young men

The glory of young men is their strength: and the beauty of old men is the grey head (Proverbs 20:29).

Young people have to work hard because their glory is their physical strength. They should earn well before their retirement. Old men need not strain their bodies to work during old age but their counsels are sought after by the people around them. The grey head is their beauty.
