Desire and evil

When your desire is accomplished or fulfilled, it becomes sweet to your soul but for fools who do not want to eschew evil it is abomination. Those who do not depart from evil but continue to do evil are fools who are abominable in the sight of God.How the desire is fulfilled which brings happiness to the soul? The desire has to be in accordance with God's will.
