Scorner, simple and wise

When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise: and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge (Proverbs 21:11).

In the government, there are laws to punish the scorner who damages the reputation of a person by lies. When the scorner is punished, the people who lead simple lives are warned and become wise because the simple receives knowledge when instructed in the way of righteousness.
