Sacrifice of wicked

The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination: how much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind? (Proverbs 21:27)

When a wicked person gives to God, it is an abomination because his heart is wicked and is not in right relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
