False witness

A false witness shall perish: but the man that heareth speaketh constantly (Proverbs 21:28).

Giving false testimony will result in the death of the witness by the divine punishment. But he or she who speaks or witnesses to the truth are blessed by God. Even unbelievers who speak the truth are rewarded by God.
