Talebearer and secrets

He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips (Proverbs 20:19).

Do not believe a talebearer because he would reveal your secrets. The talebearer is one who flatters you with his lips. If you identify the one who flatters you as a talebearer, you should not have any kind of friendship with him. Do not meddle with him in his affairs.
