Dear St. Rita Families,
As we approach the final days of the school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the joy and community spirit that have filled our halls and hearts this spring.
Field Day Fun!
What a fantastic time we had at Field Day! The laughter, teamwork, and energy from our students made it a day to remember. A thank you to Mr. Ryan Schwaiger, our gym teacher, for organizing such a fun and engaging event. We also extend our gratitude to the many parents from the RPSA who helped serve ice cream—your support made the day even sweeter!
All-School Concert Assembly
Our recent all-school concert assembly was a beautiful showcase of the musical talents our students have developed throughout the year. Ms. Miller deserves special recognition for her hard work and dedication in guiding our students and helping them grow musically. It was a joy to see the pride and confidence in each performance.
Looking Ahead: Last Week of School
As we wrap up the year, here are a few important reminders:
Graduation will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Graduates and their families will enjoy a luncheon at the school at noon before walking together to the church for the ceremony.
K3 and K4 students will need to be picked up from the church on Tuesday, June 3rd. Parents, please park and walk into the church Narthex to collect your children.
K5–7th grade students will have regular dismissal from the school on Tuesday. Please be patient during pickup, as students will be walking back from the church at a time when many cars are arriving. There may be a few minutes delay with the wrap up of the graduation ceremony.
The last day of school for K3–7th grade is June 5th, with dismissal at 11:45 a.m. Please note that there will be no aftercare on the last day.
Thank You!
Thank you to all of our families for your partnership, support, and trust throughout this school year. It has been a joy to learn and grow together. We wish you a restful and joyful summer filled with family time, adventure, and fun.
With gratitude,
Beth Woodward

Tablesetters - Community Service Group
Children in kindergarten through 8th grade are welcome to participate in the community service group at St. Rita called Table setters. We meet once a month to learn about Catholic social teaching and participate in service opportunities which reflect those teachings. Some examples of projects from the past are: making dog toys for the Humane Society, collecting winter clothes for a local school, making "blessing bags" for the patrons of the St. Patrick's meal program, planting bulbs on the St. Rita grounds, making scarves and hats for the Hospitality Center, and making cards for our homebound parishioners. Participation in Tablesetters gives students the opportunity to play a real part in the local and global work of serving our community. It's fun to work together in helping others! Please fill out the form that was sent home with your child and return it to school before our first meeting.
