Dear St. Rita School Parents,
As we approach the Easter break, I want to wish you time to be filled with joy, renewal, and the blessings of the season. Whether you're spending it with loved ones or taking a well-deserved rest, I hope it brings you moments of peace and reflection.
I'm pleased to inform you that our Forward exams are well underway, and I'm delighted to report that our students are demonstrating commendable effort and resilience. I have every confidence that they will continue to excel as they navigate through these assessments.
I also want to thank the 4th-grade students for their rendition of the Stations of the Cross play. It was a beautiful and poignant presentation that truly captured the spirit of Jesus’ sacrifice for us. Their hard work and commitment to this production did not go unnoticed, and I am immensely proud of each and every one of them.
Furthermore, I am thrilled to announce that our school spelling bee winners have been determined! Congratulations to our talented students who emerged victorious in this challenging competition. Attached to this newsletter, you will find pictures of our brilliant spellers. These exceptional individuals will represent St. Rita School at the all-Siena spelling bee, scheduled to take place on April 17th. Let us wish them the best of luck as they compete against their peers from other schools.
As always, I am grateful for your support and partnership in nurturing our students' academic and personal growth. Together, we continue to foster a community where every child feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Wishing you all a blessed Easter break filled with love, laughter, and happy memories.

We are in need of volunteers to help with lunch supervision between 11-12. Please email bwoodward@sienacatholicschools.org if you are interested in helping, even one day per week.
Many helping hands build community and lightens the work load.
In addition to day-to-day activities, we are always open to new members and ideas for our Royal Parent Student Association. This is a parent-led volunteer organization that organizes recognition and fun activities as well as supports the school’s need for extra hands in a variety of ways.
SAFEGUARDING ALL OF GOD’S FAMILY

Our Middle School students had a good time in this year's EASTER STEM CHALLENGE. Students had to build a carriage that held 2 peeps and an egg. The goal was to roll or slide down the ramp without losing materials or the "cargo." These are our future engineers!!
The Spelling Bee finalist will participate in a Siena Wide Spelling Bee in April where they will compete against students from our other Siena Schools.
Hi Everyone,
The end of the year sports banquet will be on Thursday April 11th 5:30pm to about 7:30pm-8:00pm in the school gym.
The whole family is invited. There will be food served and desert.
We will have food first then we will hand out sports pins to all the players.
The kids that are playing for the first time for St Rita will also receive their St Rita Letter.
Everyone that played for St Rita sorts this year is invited along with the coaches and families.
So, if someone played for St Rita sports but they attended a different school they are still invited.
