Hey York,
“A diagnosis of childhood cancer is a big, scary swerve in the road. It changes life in an instant. For affected kids and families, it can suddenly feel like everything is about cancer. Simple childhood joys like friendships, birthday parties, or sports teams are left behind in the need for medical appointments, hospital stays, and long absences from school. Camp Ooch & Camp Trillium offer a different journey, where kids with cancer can just be kids, and families connect with a community of strength and support when they need it the most.”
In effort to raise awareness for Camp Ooch and Camp Trillium, the community service committee will be hosting activities all week long from May 10 to 14!
One of these activities is our Camp Cooking event! Here are the instructions to our Ooch-illium No Bake S’mores Bars. We will be meeting LIVE on Wednesday, May 12th, using this link. You can find all the material you will need on this slidedeck (also embedded above). If you can’t attend our meet, that’s okay because the recipe and step by step instructions are here too!
Happy cooking!
