Periapt of Health

This small shaped gem grants the possessor immunity to disease.

Once attuned, the possessor is immune to all diseases while the periapt is carried. While this extends to most infinitesimal parasites, larger types (rot grubs, ear seekers, green slime, etc.) will be unaffected and can still harm the possessor normally.

Attunement. The periapt must be carried continuously for 48 hours before it will attune to the possessor. If the periapt is dropped, even briefly, it must re-attune.
