Blindfold of the Spirits

When wearing the blindfold, you can affect creatures on the ethereal plane.

• When donned properly (fully covering the creature's ocular organs), the blindfold allows the wearer to affect ethereal creatures as if they were on the Prime plane with any ability (melee, missiles, abilities, spells, etc.).

• When donned properly (fully covering the creature's ocular organs), the blindfold also makes the wearer blind with respect to vision. Thus, whether interacting with creatures/objects on the Prime plane or ethereal, the wearer is blind.

LIMITATIONS

• The item does not function for any creature without a humanoid-sized head (1/2-to-3-ft. in diameter).
