This potion grants the imbiber the ability to tell lies without fear of magical detection.
The imbiber gains a +10% to encounter reaction checks.
The imbiber is immune to magic that detects lies (verbal falsehoods).
The imbiber can pronounce one lie per 10 rounds that requires all within hearing range to make a Wisdom save vs. Wand or they will automatically believe the falsehood for the remaining duration of the potion (save negates). If the lie can be proven false or is ridiculously improbable (per the GM), any who make their save can spend a complex activity to allow an ally to get another save (multiple attempts are possible). Activity that would break a charm person spell will also render this magic ineffective.
