This ring grants the wearer immunity to environmental conditions related to cold and resistance to damage caused by cold effects.
Once donned, the ring communicates it's ability of warmth to the wearer.
The wearer is immune to all environmental conditions related to cold (always feeling like a minimum of 68 degrees Fahrenheit). Very large hail could still cause damage, but the wearer is immune to frostbite, hypothermia, etc. The wearer's gear is also protected from the effects of environmental cold.
The wearer gains a +2 bonus on saving throws against cold effects that do cold damage (that offer saving throws) and any cold damage is reduced by 1 point per die (minimum 1).
Any cold damage suffered is regenerated at a rate of 1 point per 10 rounds. The ring will not keep a wearer alive that dies from cold damage.
If the wearer misses a save versus a cold effect, the wearer's equipment will not be required to make saving throws unless the save was a natural 1 (per the GM, certain situations will destroy equipment regardless of the save).
