A ring of djinni conjuring allows the wearer to conjure a specific djinni.
Each ring of djinni conjuring is tied to an individual djinni, normally located on the Elemental Plane of Air.
Each djinni is treated as a complex NPC with individual traits, backgrounds, taboos, and a place in djinn society (use the social class tables).
The djinni is a slave to the ring an resents servitude—especially by ring masters that do not follow customs of the djinn, are rude, or are Evil.
Thus, unless a djinni actually befriends it's ring master, the creature will seek to pervert commands given to it.
That said, a djinn given commands by a ring master is compelled to follow them no matter how unsavory they may be.
Conjure Djinni. [complex] Once summoned, the djinni appears at a spot within 30-ft. of the wearer as selected by the wearer. The djinni appears at the end of the round and can act in the round after it appears. The ring master must give the creature verbal commands in the Common tongue or the djinn's racial language. The djinn can be called multiple times per day, but never for more than 1 hour per day. If the djinni of the ring is ever killed, the ring becomes non-magical and worthless. The process for conjuring the djinni is different for each ring and once it first attunes to a wearer, the wearer will unconsciously perform the conjuring ritual—turning the ring, rubbing it, etc. while chanting a prayer in the language of the djinn.
Attunement. The ring must be worn for at least 24 hours to attune itself to the wearer.
Attunement Curse. This item never registers as magical and does not make it's powers known when first donned. Once attuned, if the wearer even removes the ring, the item will teleport itself to a random treasure hoard on the same plane. If a non-attuned ring is somehow determined to be a ring of djinni conjuring, the item can be sold for up to 125,000 g.p.
Royal Djinn. A djinni that is Upper Upper Class (1% chance: d%; 00 on the social class table), is royalty and has the capability to grant up to three wishes on behalf of the ring master. This offer will be given once the djinni is first conjured. If a wish is made, the djinni will never perform any other services other than to grant the remaining wishes. Once all wishes are granted, the djinni is freed of the ring and the ring becomes mundane and worthless. If the wishes are not chosen, the djinni can never grant wishes to that ring master.
