This wand generates a number of light effects.
Continual Light. [invocation] (declared; major; 2 segments) Range: 60-ft.; Area of Effect: One creature or point in space (60-ft. light radius); When the appropriate command word for the function is verbalized and the ability is invoked, the wand will cast the spell, continual light (caster level 6). Dancing Lights. Sunburst. [invocation] (declared; major; 3 segments) Range: 120-ft.; Area of Effect: 20-ft. radius burst; Duration: Instantaneous; When the appropriate command word for the function is verbalized and the ability is invoked, the wand will create a flash of light coming from a point in space selected by the wielder within range. Any creatures within a 20-ft. radius and in light of sight to the point of origin must make a save vs. Wand or become blind for 1 round (save avoids). Only creatures with eyes are affected. In addition, any undead within a 20-ft. radius and in light of effect to the point of origin will take 6d6 positive energy damage (no save). Each use consumes 3 charges.
