This wand allows the wielder to produce magic missiles very similar to the spell, magic missile.
Magic Missile. [invocation] (declared; major; 3 segments per missile) When the appropriate command word for the function is verbalized and the ability is invoked, the wand will cast an effect similar to the spell, magic missile (caster level 6) except that only 1 missile is generated per charge used (up to a maximum of 2 charges used per round). If the wand is employed by any creature other than a magic-user, the wielder must make a successful attack roll for the missile to hit (and a miss indicates the missile is discharged with no effect). The wielder will include any Dexterity Ranged Attack adjustment in the attack roll, however, the wand is not considered a missile weapon in combat (regarding rules like Dexterity Reaction or charge—it is treated as an invocation).
Charges. Wands of this type will have 1d100 charges when found. The wand can be recharged by using an enchant an item ritual.
