This stoppered flask appears to be a common item, but it can generate an unlimited supply of water.
This flask has four commands words, three call forth fresh water from the jug if it is unstoppered and the last causes the flask to stop generating water. Each of the three command words includes a variation that will call forth salt water instead of fresh water.
Stream. [other] (major) Water pours out at a rate of 1 gallon per round.
Fountain. [other] (major) The flask shoots a 5-ft. long stream releasing 5 gallons per round. The force of the water is negligible.
Geyser. [other] (major) The flask shoots a 20-ft. long stream releasing 30 gallons per round. The stream is 1-ft. wide. A man-sized or smaller creature holding the jug when the geyser shoots out must be ready (declared that they are bracing themselves), otherwise, they will be knocked prone (no save) and must make a Dexterity save vs. Petrify or lose hold of the flask which will begin to be propelled in random directions (effects are per the GM; although its very likely the decanter will be subject to multiple crushing blow saves). If the geyser is pointed at tiny creatures (common bats, mice, tiny insects, etc.), such creatures in the path of the geyser will be killed (no save).
These jugs are typically made of ceramic and, thus, relatively fragile. If releasing water in an enclosed space, even in geyser mode, the water will stop issuing forth once the outside pressure is equal to the force of the pressure expelling the water. If not robustly held in place, a jug in geyser mode will quickly shatter.
