This wand allows the wielder to create illusions.
Illusion. [invocation] (declared; major; 3 segments; concentration) When the appropriate command word for the function is verbalized and the ability is invoked, the wand will cast the spell, improved phantasmal force (note the duration does not allow the extra 2 rounds past concentration; caster level 6). Creating the illusion uses 1 charge and each round (or fraction of a round) the wielder maintains the illusion (after the round it was created) consumes an additional charge.
Charges. Wands of this type will have 1d100 charges when found. The wand can be recharged by using an enchant an item ritual.
