System Check :-

1) Click on the link from the spark for AWB details or incase link not clickable { Copy link from SPARK & paste it in new tab / Click on Internal ICRM (Ask for AWB no. in  shadow fax cases) }

2) Confirm Shipment details > Check Shipment status > Click on View details  > Click on Shipment TAB

3) Check Pickup scheduled date and confirm with seller

Pickup Cut Off Timings:-

• • If shipment is scheduled before 11AM, then pickup will be attempted within same day till day end.

  • If shipment is scheduled after 11AM, then pickup will be attempted within next day or on scheduled date.

In case of India post:

• • If shipment is scheduled before 10 AM, then pickup will be attempted within same day till day end.

  • If shipment is scheduled after 10 AM, then pickup will be attempted within next day or on scheduled date.

XPRESSBEES revised cutoff & Pickup timeslot 

Revised courier pickup time:- 11AM to 7PM

• If Pick up generated between 00:01 AM to 11:00 AM  then Pickup will be scheduled either for Same day or preferred date.

• If Pick up generated between 11:01 AM to 12:00 PM then Pickup will be scheduled next day or preferred date.

Note:

• Amazon courier will require thermal printed Label (sticker label) only for their shipments.
