As part of our festive season preparedness, we have introduced a temporary surcharge across plans and courier types to manage the surge in volumes and backend cost escalations. Attaching the FAQ's to address seller queries
Surcharge Structure:(Exclusive GST)
Lite - ₹3 per shipment
Basic to Diamond - ₹2 per shipment
Effective Period: 12th September 2025 – 12th December 2025
This adjustment is necessary to offset courier partner hikes and additional operational investments we are making to ensure smooth and timely deliveries during the festive peak.
The Festive surcharge will replicate in the ratecard as below.
This surcharge amount will be inculinding in the frieght charges

The Festive surcharge will be shown in the other charges of the seller ratecard.
Rate Calculator view:
In the rate calculator this will be shown as the sum of the freight + Festive surcharge.
Same rates will be reflected in the seller passbook as well.
