Scenario 1- A migrated Seller facing wallet-related issue e.g.- recharge done is SR but amount not received ,such cases will be routed to Client Support - Rahul
Scenario 2- Migration done and partial amount or no amount transferred to SR wallet, such cases are to be highlighted to Client Support - Rahul
Scenario 3- Migration not done and Pickrr Seller approached to SR support, for such cases route the seller to Pickrr help line Hotline Number- 9311447114 and support@pickrr.com
Also ensure to ask for these details for wallet balance transfer and then assign the ticket.

1.What is the status of my Existing in-transit shipments ?
Ans:-Don’t worry Sir/Ma’am, you can track the status of all your IN-Transit shipment from your pickrr panel, Also, you can connect with pickrr team for your current shipment updates on chat boat, email and helpline number

2. What is the status of already raised tickets ?
Ans :- Sir/Ma’am there are no changes to the current process, your all previously raised tickets will be closed as per the existing timelines. You can track the status of the ticket from the pickrr dashboard or you can check the updated status shared with you on your registered email ID
“If seller ask till when panel and dashboard will be live then only answer: (It will be live for next 2 months)”.
3. What will happen to my wallet balance ?
Ans :- Don't worry Sir/Ma’am, the wallet balance will get transferred at the same time of Migration.
4. Why is my business being moved to Shiprocket/ why is my Pickrr account being terminated?
Ans :- I would like to inform you that Pickrr and Shiprocket services are merged, and we are one team now. Together we will be able to serve you even better with an enhanced shipping experience by combining the strengths of both the platforms.
5. What will happen to some previous commitments done to me?
Ans :- Donot worry Sir/ma’am, the merger of Pickrr and Shiprocket will not disturb the current processes and commitments which were made to you. We will continue to provide you with the best service in the industry with the same commitments.
6. My Freight charges are higher VS Picker?
Ans :- There is no changes in the freight charges. You will be able to ship your order as per your existing plans only.
7. Will I get KAM support at Shiprocket?
Ans :-Definitely Sir/Ma’am, if you will be able to achieve 100 + monthly shipment with us, then you will be assigned a dedicated KAM.
8. I was on X plan which was way cheaper and offered all the couriers (FD & BD) and less FR charges along reverse order facility.
Ans: - Don’t worry Sir/Ma’am, there will be no changes to the plans that was offered to you. We have moved your existing plan to Shiprocket panel with the same courier mapping as per Pickrr, you can check the same in current plan details section under Billing TAB.
In Shiprocket we have multiple plans and as per your shipping requirements you can chose any of these plan at any point of time from your Shiprocket panel.
If you wish to know more about these plans then I can arrange a call back for you from our Shiprocket sales expert.
Who will guide you the best plan as per your requirements.
**SR agent will share the SR plan and handle call as per BAU (pipe drive)
9. Can I integrate with X channel ( not listed on SR panel) with SR and if yes kindly provide the documentation for the same so that I can share the same with my developer.
Ans: - Don’t worry Mam’/ Sir, all of your channels are also migrated to Shiprocket panel and you get your orders from those channels without any trouble.
In Shiprocket, we have many more channels from which you can get more shipment order, you can integrate these channels from your Shiprocket panel. If incase you face any challenge, then you can raise a ticket from Shiprocket panel so that our Tech team can assist you in the integration process.
10. What needs to be informed in case any seller calls and asks for further plan of their migration who are not a part of phase -1 list (104 seller)?
Ans. We are working thoroughly to ensure a smooth migration process to avoid any disturbance to our ongoing business operations. Hence, we have planned this migration in a phased manner .We will update you prior to the movement whenever we are ready with your movement.
11. What needs to be done in case the seller complains about no email received with credentials for login?
Ans. Before communicating the details please check the mentioned pointers :-
No worries, Sir/Ma'am, let me check the list of sellers who are getting migrated into Shiprocket. Please confirm the registered email Id.
(Check the email id with attached list above)
If seller details are available in the list then, I request you to confirm the registered email id and phone number so that i can forward the same to my team for further process and credentials could be sent to you. (Capture the Registered email id and phone number)
TAT -
If seller calls us before 2 PM then - By EOD you will get the details on email id. ( advisor need to check with email id or company id in list shared above)
If seller calls after 2 PM - By next day morning, you will get the details on email id.( advisor need to check with email id or company id in list shared above)
If seller details are not available in the list then, I request you to please wait as migration process is going on and you will be receiving the details 2 days prior to the migration date.

11. How Pickrr call can be identified ?
Ans. Our agent will Tag the call as Pickrr on FD.
12. What communication will be sent to the Pickrr existing seller about migration ?
Ans:-Seller will be notified from Day-2, day wise communication will be sent to seller along with URL, login ID and credential and training details
