Product Update - Milestone Program (1ST Dec'25)
The Milestone Program is now live, an initiative designed to strengthen early seller activation and improve retention in the first few shipments. This program gives new sellers rewards on their 2nd, 3rd and 4th shipment, helping them build early momentum on the platform.
Here’s how the journey works:
1st successful shipment → unlocks “Welcome20”
Usable on the 2nd shipment
2nd successful shipment → unlocks “Delight20”
Usable on the 3rd shipment
3rd successful shipment → unlocks “Ship20”
Usable on the 4th shipment
After the 4th shipment, the program ends
Each coupon gives 20% off on the shipping cost, capped at ₹100, on the next shipment.
A key detail:
Coupons are not auto-applied. Sellers must manually apply them during checkout. If a seller chooses not to apply a coupon on the eligible shipment, it expires and does not roll over - though they’ll still be able to use any future coupons they unlock. This is program is only available on web right now, we'll be rolling it out on our app soon.
To make the journey clear and actionable, sellers will see timely nudges across the panel, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email as they hit each milestone.
Why it matters:
Early shipment behavior is one of the strongest predictors of long-term seller success. This program creates structured touch points that keep new sellers engaged during the most critical phase of their lifecycle.
FAQ'S
1. From where the seller can unlock the option to activate the milestone feature on the Website ?
Ans = There is no activation step required. The Milestone Program is automatically enabled for every new seller as soon as they complete their first awb assignment. They don’t have to turn anything on manually. They have to manually apply the coupons though on the courier selection page.
2. Is it a chargeable service ?
Ans= No, the program is completely free for sellers.
3. What will be the SPOC & TAT if the seller will not receive the discount after the activation of the milestone feature ?
Ans = Since the coupons are issued automatically, missing-coupon scenarios should be rare. If it happens, the seller can raise a ticket via the standard support flow. Usual TAT and SPOC applies (same as other coupon/discount-related queries).
4. Will sellers get any notification about the new feature of the milestone on the website or will the advisor will share the update to the new sellers ?
Ans = Sellers will receive automatic notifications/nudges through:
• SMS
• Seller Panel
Advisors do not need to manually update sellers unless a specific query comes in.
5. What Successful shipment means here creation of the order or delivery of the shipment ?
