1) Copy link from SPARK & paste it in new tab / Click on Internal ICRM (Ask for AWB no. in shadow fax cases)
2) Click on View details > Click on Shipment section
3) Check Pickup schedule date & time

If shipment delay for 3 days.:-
Sir/Ma'am, I really apologized for the delay in pickup , as a "token of apology " I'am processing for partial freight refund (20% of freight charges) and we will try to make pickup attempt of shipment (Inform the TAT as per assigned date and time as if shipment assigned before 11 am then asked to wait till day end and if scheduled after 11 am then asked to wait till next day end)

If shipment delay for 5 days.:-
