Once the seller voices out the issue (for in TAT call) advisor to use
For NDR Desk
Don't worry Sir/Mam, I will take up your issue with courier and try to get it resolved at the earliest and we will update you on status of the case"
For Delivery Dispute Desk
If evidence is required then in addition to the above statement advisor to say
"To take up the dispute with the courier I need your assistance in providing me with the required (name the requirement) evidence."
If the call is out of TAT and the seller is adamant even after soft denial, then also above statements are to be used.
