OSLA Cases 

**If the seller approaches outside of SLA, the cases should be tagged as 'OSLA - Out of SLA' on FD (excluding international and buyer desk) to initiate the investigation request. 

Pls find below sample scenarios:- DO NOT deny at any instance .

1. TAT of 72 hrs is breached for ACR response and seller approaches CC.

2. Manifest was asked by the CC team but the seller approached CC after 72 hrs of manifest document request.

3.. TAT to raise weight and delivery dispute is breached.
