BD activation:-


Verification Process:

When a call reaches the CC advisor, they must check if the BD KYC has been completed.


If BD KYC is completed:

Confirm with the seller that the KYC has been uploaded on the panel. Instruct the seller to wait for 6-7 days for BD KYC approval.


If BD KYC is not completed:

Inform the seller that they need to complete the KYC to activate the service.

Seller Panel → Settings > Courier > Courier Selection > Deactivated > Click on "Activate"


Ticket Assignment:

Ensure the above validations are completed before assigning any tickets to the "Compliance Queries" group under the name "Ravi Jangra."

In case seller uploaded details from panel but Bluedart courier is not activated within the timeline of  2-3 business days, then assign the ticket to Compliamce Queries : Ravi Jangra
