RevProtect

We’re introduced Rev Protect, a powerful new Shiprocket App (VAS) designed to shield sellers from financial losses due to delayed deliveries and RTOs.

With RevProtect, sellers can now recover freight costs for late deliveries and secure up to 50% of GMV for delayed RTO shipments, ensuring their business remains profitable even when logistics challenges arise.

What is RevProtect?

RevProtect is an opt-in revenue assurance service that provides financial protection for sellers at just ₹39 + GST per shipment.

How does it work?

- Sellers opt in at shipment level and are charged ₹39 + GST per order
- Charges are automatically deducted from the SR Wallet in real-time at “Ship Now”
- Opt-in available at Add Order & Ship Now stages, it will also be available at account level in next phase

RevProtect Benefits

• ₹99 Freight Refund for Delayed Deliveries

           Sellers get ₹99 or actual freight refund, whichever is lower, for shipments delivered late

• 50% GMV Refund (Up to ₹499) for Delayed RTOs

           Sellers receive 50% of the order value, up to ₹499, for delayed shipments that get RTOed

RevProtect is now LIVE for 500 Bronze tier sellers and we will be taking this live this week for all sellers except Titanium, Emerald, Topaz and Enterprise tiers (we are also not considering high RTO sellers as well and excluded them from this).
