Scenario 1.
If the seller is complaining that he is unable to login or create order as the account is blocked and Reason is mentioned in the ICRM.
Check the reason for account block from ICRM - Paths - ICRM Seller info - View Details - Company Details - Account Blocked reason ( on the top left corner).
2. Inform the seller about the reason for account block and assign the ticket to Compliance Queries - Ravijangra (ravi@shiprocket.com) and TAT will 1 to 2 working days for resolution.
Scenario 2.
If the seller is complaining that he is unable to login or create order as the account is blocked and Reason is not mentioned in the ICRM.
Ask the seller to share the screenshot of the error on mail and create ticket in your own Bucket ( to check the image only ).
Check if the error says that " Account Blocked "/ " Account blocked due to suspicious/ Fraud Activity ", assign the ticket to Compliance Queries - Ravijangra (ravi@shiprocket.com)
Check if the error says that any other error, then assign the ticket to " Customer Support Tech Desk "and TAT will be 24 Working hours for call back
