OTP Based Delivery

There is an update on OTP (One-Time Password) delivery options for various shipment types:

• FWD & RTO Shipments:- Ecom now offers OTP delivery for both Forward Delivery (FWD) and Return to Origin (RTO) shipments.

• Prepaid Shipments:- OTP verified delivery is available for prepaid shipments with Xpressbees, Delhivery, Bluedart, and Amazon (shipment value exceeding Rs. 500 and only for Forward Delivery).

OTP Activation & Deactivation:

Shiprocket currently accepts requests for OTP-based delivery activation and deactivation for Xpressbees, Delhivery, and Ecom. Advisors should follow these steps:

1. Raise an FCR Ticket Group: "Client Support" Agent: "Abhishek Gaur" .

2. Subject line:

   • OTP activation: Include "OTP activation" for activating OTP delivery.

   • OTP deactivation: Include "OTP deactivation" for deactivating OTP delivery.

3. Process for Team Filtering Cases from FD Dump:

   • Click on seller details in ICRM.

3. • Download a sample file.

4. Sample file will be downloaded by name"otp_delivery_enable"

• Add:

  • Company ID under "Company_ID" column.

  • "0" for deactivation and "1" for activation under the "Status" column.

Additional Information:

• Maximum wait time for successful OTP activation/deactivation is 10 minutes.
