POD feature is live on ICRM now. In All POD cases (shipment delivered but not received to buyer/seller), we have to click on this button to send POD to seller's registered email id and close the ticket then and there as FCR.
1. This is live for Delhivery, BD, SFX,EKART, XB, DTDC for forward delivery only.
2. POD will be available post 24 hrs of Delivery. Ask the seller to wait for 24 hrs and create FCR Ticket
.3 If POD will not be available post 24 hrs of Delivery than create an NFCR ticket.
3. If Seller denies POD and raises disputes then raises NFCR as BAU there will be no change in SOP.
