A. KYC For Individual:
Complete your KYC by using the automated process of Aadhar OTP verification. You can also do it manually by uploading any of the two documents listed below:

PAN Card

Voter ID Card
Driving License
B. KYC For Company:
In case of a Sole Proprietorship business, please submit the following documents-
Upload your selfie
Complete your KYC details using automated Aadhaar or GSTIN OTP verification, or using a manual method by submitting any of the two documents listed below:
Aadhar Card
PAN card
Driving License
Voter card
Passport
GST Certificate
Company Incorporation Doc
In case you are registering as a Company, please submit the following documents-
Upload your selfie
Complete your KYC using the GSTIN OTP verification. or using a manual method by submitting any of the two documents listed below:
PAN Card ( Mandatory )
GST Certificate ( all 3 pages of the GST certificate are required), or Company Incorporated Document.
Path to upload KYC documnets from seller panel:
KYC > Individual/company > upload documents
We request you to upload clear documents regarding your KYC in the panel to avoid any rejection or failure.
NOTE:
For manual KYC verification, it takes 2 - 3 working days to verify the documents.
Auto verification is done within 30 seconds.
Proactive information:
If you enter wrong OTP in auto verification for 3 times then you will not be able to do auto verification.
If manual KYC gets rejected then you will get an option to re-upload documents within 2-3 working days from the date of rejection.
