Auto Wallet refund functionality - Live Now!
We have implemented an automated wallet refund process. Seller can now initiate a wallet refund request directly from their panel under the "Help & Support" section. The system will automatically perform preliminary checks and calculate the eligible refund amount. If the request does not pass the automated validation, only then will a support ticket be generated.
Kindly guide client-facing support teams in completing this implementation as needed.
