Rating IVR 

The CSAT Survey is already live as pre-informed earlier.

Once the call is disconnected by the advisor, the seller will receive an option to rate the IVR on a scale of 1 to 5:

• 1 & 2 – DSAT

• 3 – Neutral

• 4 & 5 – CSAT

The advisor must use the following closing statement:

“I will now transfer the call to the IVR for a quick survey. Thank you for calling Shiprocket. Have a nice day.”
