Inform seller about :-
To buy packaging, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Shiprocket account > Click on "Set-up and manage" > Click on "Packaging"
1) Click on "Buy Packaging" option on top right corner
2) After clicking on "Buy Packaging" a popup will appear stating that:-
"You will be re-directed to packaging.shiprocket.in and you will be auto logged in with your shiprocket account. Click ok to continue"
3) Click on "Continue"
4) Once you are re-directed to packaging.shiprocket.in you can place order for packaging materials such as corrugated box, plain courier bags, transparent tapes, brown tapes or plastic stretch film
5) Once the order is placed seller will receive the order id on registered mail id
6) Further notifications will be sent to seller on registered mail id regarding the order
TAT - Check the EDD on ICRM under Shipment Tab and communicate the TAT accordingly as per EDD.
Note: The minimum order quantity for buying packaging from Shiprocket is 100 and Packaging order can be cancelled from seller end before the order is shipped
