We are introducing a 'COD Handling Fee' for all Shiprocket sellers, excluding those with active ECOD/ICOD plans. This will be a flat fee of Rs. XX applied to each COD Remittance File (CRF), excluding ECOD/ICOD transactions. The fee will be charged per remittance cycle.
