Buyer Protect acts like an insurance cover for buyers post-purchase - securing their orders against fraud, loss, or damage. With a simple one-step activation from the tracking page, buyers can instantly safeguard their purchase.
- Buyer Journey
Activation: A hook appears on the order tracking page, allowing buyers to activate Buyer Protect.
Post Activation:
Once activated, buyers can raise a claim directly from the tracking page:
For Damaged/Fraud Orders: After delivery
For Lost Orders: 20 days post the order date
A Raise Claim Form is integrated, allowing buyers to easily upload photos, videos, and order details for quick claim processing.
