• Delhivery and Xpressbees are facing low manpower and operational constraints in select pincodes. This is leading to delays in delivery attempts and a drop in overall DEL (Delivery Exception Limit) conversion.

• Please cascade this information to sellers and advise them to allocate shipments to other courier partners like Ecom, Amazon, and Bluedart for the affected pincodes.

• A communication with the list of pincodes has also been posted in the Seller Notification Panel,
